FETTUCCINE

DOLOMITI CANAPA

Our handmade hemp fettuccine are made from durum wheat semolina and 10% hemp seed flour grown on our own farm. This gives our fettuccine an intense flavour as well as a high nutritional value due to its richness in protein, fibre and essential fatty acids. Free of eggs, which makes them an excellent choice for those who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, for a wholesome and healthy meal. They are ideal for those seeking a healthy and balanced diet without renouncing taste and Italian culinary tradition.

ITALIAN BLOOM

SIDRO VITTORIA

Italian Bloom Italian Bloom is an elegant and fragrant Extra Dry apple wine, re-fermented in the bottle using the classic method, with a fruity, floral bouquet with notes of apple, pear and citrus fruits. The fragrance of the Italian apple varieties used in the cuvée is accentuated by the prolonged stay on the lees. The fresh, lively acidity complements the fruity flavour and pleasant bitter aftertaste. A soft bubble excellent both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.

HEMP SEED OIL

DOLOMITI CANAPA

Hemp seed oil is obtained by cold-pressing the hemp seed. Its most important quality is the presence of Omega 6 – Omega 3 polyunsaturated essential fatty acids. Ideal for enriching the daily diet, especially for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet. It can be used raw to season salads and cold dishes, but also for cooking at low temperatures. cold pressing ensures the preservation of all the nutritional properties of the product, guaranteeing maximum quality.
